Mo & Mo en Route – Power

Power

The way fear is being thrown around these days, you’d think it is power.

Woodward's "Fear" is still on the Best Seller List. In it he said the President told him "Real power is… fear." Just look at the politics out there, ads, rallies. Their theme... “Be afraid be very afraid.” Fear is a reaction, not a plan. Not a power, not to build on anyways. Melania check out that noise! Oh dear.

Mo & Mo en Route – Just Vote!

Just Vote!

There is a lot of noise everywhere, but there is only one way to make a difference. And yes, that is to vote.

You can snap, you can tweet, you can post, you can share… Wear a hat, wave a sign, tend a rally, march o’er there. Speak your mind, spout your views, shout your fears, scream “You’re crazy!”… Watch the news, scan the feeds, follow polls, it’s still hazy. Be the rhetoric from an elephant, donkey, or goat… None of it matters if you don’t bother to vote.

Mo & Mo en Route – Spooky Stuff!

Spooky Stuff!

Does rhetoric matter? Is it win at any cost? Have you seen the cost?

Fear it! You’re angry aren’t you! Don’t you hate, we do! …and I approve this message. Well, what about them?! Liar! …and I approve this message. It was them! Not me! Hypocrite! …and we approve this message. It’s all so scary! You know what’s really scary? Not voting! …and forfeiting your right to complain! NOOOOOO! Just a week till the election. …do we approve this message?

Mo & Mo en Route – Emergency?

Emergency?

Is this an emergency? What is the emergency?

Another National Emergency. The Southern Border? But illegal entries are trending down…* And there’s the Election fraud… Well no evidence there, but there were 51 million who were prevented from registering to vote ** If he really needs an emergency, there’s always the National Debt or Russian Meddling or guns or the Assault on Truth… There is something that is an emergency, and could solve some too… voting? That could work for us. That is if WE could vote.

Mo & Mo en Route – Morals for Sales?

Morals for Sales?

In today’s politics there are questions regarding morals and values. Are they for sale? Do they have value?

Reaction to the disappearance of a reporter is about business deals? What about right and wrong? Support for a candidate or nominee is about power or money? Forget your Morals? So, what happens when your morals are for sale?… Well, the problem then is your morals are no longer morals. They’re “Immorals” or Sans-Morals” or just poof… gone! How’d you do that?

Mo & Mo en Route – Majority Rule?

Majority Rule?

Elections are coming up. But an election is not election if no one votes. Well, maybe everyone should.

All these appointments, policies and laws enacted in spite of polls showing the majority is against them. …And the Senate just confirms a Justice despite the polls.* Well, there’s also the fact that out of the total U.S. Electorate, the President won with only 27% of the voters… So, you are saying Minority Rules? I thought it was supposed to be Majority Rules. Well, you need to read the fine print. Majority Rules, only if the majority bothers to vote. There’s always a catch.

Mo & Mo en Route – Partisan

Partisan

The Supreme Court hearings have been something, but partisan blind justice? How does that work?

Must we always have to take sides? I do not know… Must everything be a partisan divide? We have a partisan White House… A partisan Congress… Oh no! Not that! The other ones are fixable. Divided Justice does not work. Man, do they have to break everything?!

Mo & Mo en Route – And Again…

And Again…

Here we go again… It would be nice to learn, nice not to make the same mistakes… again.

And Again… More hearings for the Supreme Court Nominee this week… 'It's déjà vu all over again' * Yogi Berra Who’s in the hole now? Congressman Ralph Norman. …Boy, is he digging. …It’s about his RBG and Lincoln “joke”. Oh man… How… How is this still… Because they don’t believe in evolution. …Whatsoever.

Mo & Mo en Route – Flooding

Flooding

The weather has been bad, now the flooding. The news has been overflowing and turbulent too. Coincidence?

It’s been quite the week… the flooding is disastrous. The rest of the news is too… contentious confirmation hearings, now even more so… More tariffs, more election fun, more book revelations, more political declassifications, more guilty pleas, more flipping, more tweets… I’m drowning… You are in the tub. So, I need to relax.

Mo & Mo en Route – Storms

Storms

Challenging and stormy weather is forming, to say nothing of the political storms gathering.

Why do Hurricanes get names? To easily and clearly differentiate between and communicate about the storms. Do they name hurricanes after Presidents? Not that I know of… But if they did name one after this one, he’d brag that it’s the biggest hurricane, with the strongest winds, creating more disruption and destruction than any one has ever seen! Are we still talking about hurricanes? …As with all storms, one must be wise and be safe.
