SCOTUS traditionally a trusted branch of government, has an approval rating lower than that of POTUS and Congress’ rating is an even lower… yet SCOTUS just might get there.

The Supreme Court’s approval rating is a new low of 40%. Justices are saying one thing and doing another. It looks like politics trumps precedent. The aim for justice was supposed to be blind and balanced, not biased and broken.
