EMERGENCY!

As markets react to tariffs and other policies, congress who has the power, does nothing. I guess it is an emergency.  

So DJT is doing all this Tariff stuff. I thought tariffs were a power of Congress. The President can do tariffs if it is an emergency. You mean a disaster, a catastrophe, a calamity? Sol if the President is an emergency, he thinks everything he does is an “emergency”. This makes my head hurt.
