Theater and costumes help make Broadway great. Congress not so much.

Congress passed a dress code …What about approving military promotions? …Nope. What about a budget resolution to avoid a shutdown? …Nope. So, moving on nominees and budget stuff is a no go? But a dress code is the emergency. …That and impeachment. I guess it’s all about no hoodies and revenge… Now that’s scary! Yep, Halloween keeps getting earlier and earlier.
