Twitter headlines causing quite a stir of late, seem to be costing some tweeters quite a bit too.

Whoa look at this! Use of this service can be hazardous to your health. Whatever you say can be repeated and repeated and repeated… Your random thoughts and quips may become irritating and hard to shake… Comments you make may lead to loss of job, fans or friends… Your words might require P.R. or severe spin control… You might experience trolls and nasty, rude and hurtful comments… Use with extreme caution! About time Twitter had a Warning Label… Afraid it would be too little, too late for some.
