In George Bernard Shaw’s play “Back to Methuselah”, the Serpent in tempting Eve is trying to get her to accept death, to understand it. From this exchange we get the oft quoted verse from Shaw’s Serpent, “You see things; and you say, ‘Why?’ But I dream things that never were; and I say, ‘Why not?'” Quoted and misquoted, today our response to everything seems to be “Why not?” Sometimes it is good, a lot of the time, not so much. With everything “Why not?” maybe we should start asking again “Why?”
So to this end we have “Mo & Mo en Route”, Mosley G.H. (Ground Hog) and Mo-Lee Mullvad (Mole) on a journey, looking for answers, trying to find out where this makes sense, asking “No really, why?”
