A hallmark of our governmental system is a system of checks and balances… So, does anyone know where we put them?

The balance has shifted over the years, the white house now legislates. And Congress… meh. The White House creates and executes tariffs, immigration laws, environmental laws, treaties. And Congress… meh. With all the power grabbing out there, why is Congress giving it away? You can’t have the checks without the balances? Bring Back Balance!. …Again with the hats.
