The markets are bouncing up and down, hanging on every word… it’s not the words, it’s the works.

Wall Street doesn’t seem to know what it is doing…
Trump says “talks”, stocks go up. He says “war” they go down.
As the old adage goes, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”
Yeah, but fool me 3, 4, 5, 6 times? They’re all being foolish and have no shame.
