It has been a year since the inaugural… can you believe it? Ah… yes, yes, I can. It’s been a week, another one… A shut down, another one… An extension, another one… Now they debate winners and losers… really? Who’s a looser? Oh-oh, me-me! Well you know what they say, “If it’s broke don’t fix it”. That’s not right, that’s not what they say. They do now.
