War by memo? Who misplaced intelligent, factual, process and debate? No, really, where is it?

Memo Nunes releases a 4 page memo… Trump tweets that memo 'totally vindicates' him… Republicans Gowdy and Hurd say the memo doesn’t. Democrats want their memo. Now a memo war? They say a memo is just a reminder. A reminder of what we’re in for. Please don’t remind me. They ought to know that office memos are treated only slightly better than junk mail. And these are kind of like tweets, except you have to do more reading. That explains why, ahem… some didn’t really know what was in it.
