“To whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are…” so choose ye.

The argument for not convicting? …it’s unconstitutional.
So organizing a siege on the Capital is constitutional?
Don’t remember that being a part of Article 2 powers.
I think they are using their “alternate constitution”. Reading the U.S. version might help.
